LT1 smoking

Lately when i start my car it smokes a little bit and i dont really get on it hard that much so i dont know why it does it. I reved it the other day and noticed i blew out some smoke, i think its black/blue but idk if its blue. Is there any way to fix this without rebuling the motor or replacing stuff in the motor. So let me know guys.

93k, so is this really bad? how much is a valve job?

It could just be valve stem seals which would allow a little oil to drip into the cylinder and when you start it up, it burns the oil off puffing a bit of blue/white smoke.

its not a major deal, if you see blue. that is oil burning. you're looking at like 350 for the work

I've got the same prob. When I start it or let it idle for a while, it will smoke blue a little bit. I was quoted 300 for changing the value guide seals.
