The one I bought was from Advanced Auto parts - it is a different brand than Siemans but it has "Siemans" in the part description....wierd. It was a straight forward install - took less than an hour.

My new motor is about the same speed as stock, but now it will move the window all the way up or down without stopping. The odd part is that there is a slight angle-shift as the window goes up. Its just bad design all around.

Well my motor is on it's way out. Sure enough, just when my warranty ends. Ended up going to Autozone and paid just a hair over $60 after tax for the Siemans replacement motor for my driver's side window. Glad to see it comes with that lifetime warranty.

Finally found time to do this today, very straightforward. Only hard part is angling the new motor and as mentioned above, aligning those damn screws. Definitely glad I went this route!
