I use to be a manager at in auto zone here in IL. There electrical **** does suck. However you get lucky once in awhile. I have gone thru the bs of their fuel pumps going out. But all in all, parts for your ls1, don't go there, parts for your daily driver, I still go there

Yeah, i used to work for Autozone as well. Cheap parts and terrible quality. People always get mad at us when the stuff fails. I just couldn't keep feeding BS to people that came in with that "best parts, best prices" BS. You can buy stuff for your daily driver POS from Autozone, but if it is your project car or just a car that you love, don't feed it Autozone parts, cuz it will crap them right back out. My .02.

the autozone window motors are good, but that is becasue they are new seimens units.

I have rake rotors from there, and that is about all i would run on my car fom them.

I will spend the extra for an OEM part on this car, other beaters, sure their stuff is decent

Autozone Are Suck And Many Dont Know But Think They Know It All. You Call, They Keep U On Hold For Minutes And Minutes, Times They Dont Get To You Or Hang Up As The Phone Rings To Pick Up. Other They Be Hiring Now All This Young Girls Who Know Nothing. You Tell Them You Need A Part And They Say.. We Dont Sell It When I Know They Do Or.. We Dont Have It When I Know They Do... Autozone Just Sucks Here Not How It Use To Be.

advanced is worse. i went there and bought fluid's in a gallon at least times and it was already open, seal was taken out and the cap was loose! my old v6 camaro got degresser all over the seat from this and it left a clean stain. had to clean the whole seat area with it....IT SAYS NOT TO USE IT ON LEATHER! thats the only thing it says to not put it on. but like u guys said rear pad's and calipers-autozone from brakes- delco....parts that wont kill u if they fail. lol

-check your caps........
