Installed a new starter, still have a problem.. Welllllll today I went to go to lunch from work and turned the key. Nothing. All power, of course. Tried again, started right up. WTF. Starter relay seemed ok too. Dont know what else to check.

Check the battery cables for corrosion. Also check the battery itself. It's not uncommon to have "full power" and not have enough left to crank the motor. And of course if the battery is bad check the alternator.
Does it start at sometimes and not others? Is it cranking? I had a problem awhile back with the car cranking and only firing and starting sometimes. Turned out to be some relay, can't remember which one. I had to take the car in twice before they could "recreate" the problem.

This is the 3rd battery and second alternator. Both were replaced recently while looking for an electric gremlin. But thats another story.

Ill check that when its not raining. Hurricane is coming. Is this ground found in the engine bay?

Doesnt crank at all. Then I turn back the key, then wha-la! Its fine. Not very reliable.
