can 95 TA's keyless entry make the lights turn on?

Question about 95 TA ok I had a 98 now i got a 95 is there anyway to get the 95's fog lights and taillights to light up when you hit the lock/unlock on the keyless entry or was that only incorporated on the newer cars.
