Default Oil Change Light Comes And Goes

What's up? Got a li'l problem. My oil change light has been coming on and going off for the past two oil changes and it just won't stop. I just got an oil change and it still comes on for about 1-2 min then goes away when I start her up. It didn't do it when I first got the car (5 mo. ago) but now it just won't stop. Any suggestions? Thanks...

On my car (99 Z28) you had to reset buy turning the car on (do not start the engine) and holding the trip reset for 14 seconds.

In my wife's Tahoe (02 Z71) you have to turn the truck on (do not start the engine) and press the accelerator to the floor 4 times.

I think the trip reset will work for your car.

turn the ignition into the on position and press the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds and it will turn the light off. that way you dont have to reset your trip odometer.

But here's another question. Mine used to come on and I would reset it an all. Well now it just never comes on. How do I get it to come on. I kinda miss the damned thing lol
