Window motor or switch?

I replaced my window motor about 3 months ago and it was working perfectly. Now since the other day my window will only go down a 1/2 inch and stop. It still goes up fast from the 1/2 inch so I'm trying to figure out if the window switch is bad now. I wouldn't think a new motor would go out that fast. Any help would be great, thanks.

Can you hold the down button and make it go down all the way. Is there something in the way of the window?

sounds like it may have come off track. I'm having a window problem but mine seems like a short or something... replacing the switch did nothing.

i'm having similar problems. to get my window to go all the way down i have to open the door and push on the window to get it to down all the way when i press the button. then when i try to put the window up it goes a little unless i pull up on the window. i think it's the motor but do you guys have any ideas on what's causing this?
