E-Brake light wont go off

E-Brake light wont go off The light wont switch off when the brake is definitely released. Ive heard that its telling me it is low on brake fluid? Can anyone confirm this? 
yup low brake fluid is most likely the cause. the resivore is on the drivers side by the windshield. should be very easy to find and check. you don't even have to open the resivore to check as it is white, and you can see the fluid level. Good place to start. Good luck.

yes, make sure it is a DOT 3 or above. and don't use old brake fluid just go buy some new stuff its only like 2 bucks. clean off your cap before you open your resivor make sure everything is clean then pour.

Im not exactly sure how low it is, but it definitely needs some more. I looked at it and it appears that I fill it up the bottom of the cap? Is that correct?
