I'm interested as well. 48K miles on my car, should I change them?

In a m6 car, I do not think there is an inteval to change the trans fluid, but I did mine at 30,000 miles, and as for the rear I am not sure but I am getting ready to change it at 48,000 miles for the second time.

GM recommends 2years or 15000mi in tough driving conditions, just trying to keep my 10bolt in good condition, changed 10000mi ago, little over a year.

I do the coolant, brake fluid, rear diff, and T56 every 2 years regardless of miles.

I did the trans @ 50k,the fluid was clean but the filter was dirty.I will change it @ 100k.It really depends on how hard you drive and how it gets where you live.if you drive hard and hot change it every 25k or as soon as it smells or looks dirty.
