I was just curious to know what everyone thinks is the best with the least cons.

Most use seafoam or GM top end cleaner. They are about the same.

Seafoam. It's cheap and easy to find.

O2's, its known that seafoam can clog o2 sensors.

I used LUCAS b/c I didn't wanna go threw the trouble of sea foam, but I will sea foam before my next oil change.

I'm hesitant to use this sea foam stuff, my car has less than 50k miles, and I also have a set of plugs and wires here sitting here waiting to be installed.

Do the Seafoam first, and after the engine is all cleaned out, install the new plugs and wires. It should be just like new

seafoam's great because it's so versatile. you can use it to clean your top end, use it to cleam your oil system, use it directly in your gas tank...and it's only 5 bucks at advance auto. c'mon, the choice is obvious!

plus it's O2 and catalytic converter safe, and it's fun as hell to blue-smoke a busy highway
