i chose the bosch plat +4's. They are supposedly a good plug, smooth idle, good throttle response, and they are plat. so they will last a pretty long time.

Re: Best Maintence Free PLUGS
I just replaced the original plugs in my new Z28 at 12000 miles. My LS1 was still running perfectly. I replaced the plugs because of reports here of problems with the stock plugs. My engine is unmodified but I have run up to the rev limiter several times. I was surprised to discover that the original plugs were made by Denso. Other than the label, they are obviously identical to ACDelco 41-974s. The old plugs clearly had many miles left in them. Gaps were still close to 60 thousandths and they were only slightly discolored. All of the platinum pucks were present and shiny - platinum works as advertised. I trust the Great Mother's recommendations and installed new ACDelcos. I can only assume that if the ACDelcos were ever as bad as their reputation that the problems have been corrected.

Re: Best Maintence Free PLUGS
Anyone think about using Iridium plugs? Technically they are superior to Platinum, and I have heard nothing but good about them, so, I am going to run a set of Denso IT20's (colder plug for N2O). Anyone???
