Benefits of bigger oil filter? What are other benefits except for the ability to hold more dirt? Should I stay with a stock size ac delco PF46 or go PF61? Does a bigger oil filter increase oil pressure? Thanks.

More surface area to filter, makes it freer flowing. Does not block as soon. Cools the oil, because it is outside the engine, more surface area to disapate heat while in the filter.
