no they just have a vaccum machine that sucks the old coolant out and puts new in, they should do that twice for a flush. i would probably just do it myself if i were you.

Yeah DIY !! Its not hard. And no removing the block plugs is not needed, since your car is a 98 the coolant shouldnt be in too bad of shape.

Actually most flush machines use the new coolant to push the old coolant out. The coolant isnt sucked out...it's pushed out in most cases. At the dealership I work at, we run the car for 10 min with the flush solution in the system, then we proceed to exchange the fluid.

Just do it yourself. Drain system, take out thermostat, fill with water dump some cascade in it and let it get hot, then drain it run plain water in it, drain again then replace thermostat and fill with water/AF.

It hard to get to the block plugs, and if you can get to them, then they will drain coolant all over the alternator and the starter.

I think this is how I did it. I can't remember to be certain. I just know that I followed the directions on the container of radiator flush. Went something like this:

Drain the old fluid and fill with water. Run for about 10 minutes with heater on, then drain again. Fill with water and coolant flush...run for 10 minutes with heater on, & drain. Fill with water again and run for 10 minutes with heater on. Fill with new coolant / water mix.

As far as Jiffy Lube goes, you should really check this out.

wow. just yesterday i broke down and brought my car to jiffy lube for a flush. i wanted to avoid the haslte of getting rid of the fluid. i dont really have a good place to work on my car. this is the first time i ever saw that jiffy lube video. wow! but the thing is i was standing right by my car the whole time and i saw exactly what they did for a flush. i got new coolant put in but with that machine they use i can tell you its not anywhere near as good as if you drained the radiator and did it that way. next time i'm gonna make more time for myself and do it myself

When you put the cascade with water and run the car, do you want to lower the car so that it is level, or is it all right to do it with the front up in the air.

Do you think you could use a shop vac to get absolutely all the coolant out of the car as well as when you are cleaning the engine with cascade/water.

I never have really thought about not having the car level. I always do mine with it on the ground, but i dont see where it would really hurt with it on jackstands. I wouldnt worry about using a shop vac, you can just opent the drain plug and keep a water hose in the radiator while the cars running until clear water is coming out.
