Did you lubricate all the contact points with caliper grease? Never just slap pads in dry.

IDK man, I lubed all my contact points, used duralast gold pads and rotors, and I still get a squeak everyonce and a while.

I used hawks hps pads and brembo blanks. My brakes squeak every now and then but it's worth it as they stop sooooooo much better than stock

I used some brakes which said Premium on a black cardboard box from O'Relieys. My car sounds like a rats' nest braking or not. Don't get them. Will post name if I remember.

Just a thought. I have champed the edges of my pads before to get them to quit squeaking. Remove the pads and take a grinder or similar and cut a 45 degree edge on the edge of the pad material. This causes the pad and rotor contact to have a slight angles egde on them when the pads are engaged. I do this on all my brake jobs I do and have NO noise from. This also does not effect braking either (you are not removing that much pad material). I hope this is not confusing.

when you say edge you mean the corner edge! That sounds good enough. Ill try to give that a try serously if these dont stop sqeaking after another week or so. For some reason there getting a little better it still sqeaks but in less part of the braking power if that makes cents. Thanx for everyones advice!

not to hijack but if you turn the rotors without changing anything else, should you still grease them up?

Grease should never come into contact with the brake rotor...

Yes I mean to cut the corner of the pad, not the backing metal part. I also use anti-seize/grease on the back of the pad also.

It your rotor wer not turn they may have a glaze on them causing some squeak.
