Default cylinder 6 misfire LS1

on night i was racing and i messed up on shifting i went from 3rd to 2nd trying to hit 4th yeah i know i really screwed up! anyhow my car begain to run like crap so i change the plugs with ngk tr55 and wires with msd8.5 and it still ran bad so i took it to xxxmotorsport and had a guy check my pushrods he said some where bent so he changed all of them out and checked the motor for other damages and it was fine and now i have a bad misfire out of cylinder 6 rechecked everything and i cannot fiqure this one out(and my coils are fine to all working) plz help

Same thing happened to me. Long story short, you bent a valve. I bent the very same one too.

If it's not pushrods, then it's valves.
