Im not 100%, but my unles 2003 Oldsmobile Aurora did this two weeks ago and was leaking inside the car, leaking so bad, it was just peeing out of this little hole from all the mold spores built up in there. It was leaking on the passenger side under the dash. Not sure if it would be the same in an f-body, but its worth a shot.

Well, apparently there isn't a drain hose....just a hole in the bottom of the evaporator case for the water to drain out.

Yep, mine was clogged and started to leak inside the car. It's not hard to get to, just don't jam something in there to rupture and evaporator core.
