get it laminated if you care to keep it for some time. encapsulation will help preserve it.

No. WS9 is the code for going from V6 'bird to V8 Formula. I have WS9 on a non ram air Formula. There is a second code for going fron Formula to Trans Am.

It's the sheet that runs down the production line at the manufacturer. Its attached to your car and shows what your car came with for options. Its usually desired in older cars more than new ones. A lot of times they get tossed at the dealership when they do the PDI (pre delivery inspection). We get new cars in all the time and I throw these things away without thinking twice.

Most people dont want them, but if you are a car enthusiast then its something cool to have.

Take a close look at it. If it has the numbers 0, 1 or 2 any or all in any order whatsoever, that is a code for "there is a bomb in the spare tire well". Don't even think about checking it for yourself. Go straight to a dealer and tell them your problem. They will know exactly what to do!

what sucks the most is that the "proper" P/N gets you a corvette engine, so you have to swap the pulley, oil pan, and something else(can't remember), but the J1840 doesn't pay time for that.

Yes all I need is the last 8 digits of the VIN. Keep in mind the service records are only available if the service was performed at GM dealerships.

Each department in the assembly plant generates a separate build sheet - body, chassis, paint, trim, engine line, etc. Just because you find one of these sheets doesn't mean it is a comprehensive build sheet for the vehicle.
