Well I'm not sure if you can do it with the pulley or the pump installed, but i'll tell you how I did it when I had to replace the pump, take the pulley off, unbolt the pump, vise the pump in a vise lightly or lay it flat on the ground. There are two metal clips that hold the reservoir onto the pump, take a small flat head screw driver that you can use to pry the middle part of the clip up, once the middle part is level with the rest of the clip, take a another flat head, put it against the end of the clip and lighty hit the clip out, Its alot easier if you have someone to tap the clip out while your prying the middle part up. I dunno if this sounds confusing but once you take the pump or pulley off, you'll see what I mean with the clips and the tab in the middle of the clip.
