Default emission test

i figured this would be the best forum to post this so here it goes. i would like tor run longtubes and true duals out the back with no cats. my problem is i live in MA where they do emissions tests. i heard second hand that if you drain the tank and put in a gallon or two of premium and throw in an octane booster of two, you can pass. this information came from someone who supposedly runs a non-catted big block. does anybody know if this could work?

The emissions testing stations hook up a computer to your car. if your car shows no codes or doesnt have a SES light on you pass. This applies for any OBD11 vehicle from 1996 and up.
Just make sure if you did have a SES light on before the test you let the computer cycle thru. Otherwise there computer will state NOT READY, and you will fail or have to get the sniffer test.
