Default Misfire..and bad 02 sim??

Well, i started getting a misfire after about 3 minutes of driving, its like clockwork. So i decided to get a code check. 1st was Cyclinder 2 Misfire... then the Passenger Side O2 Bank ( I have O2 sims) and one about the air intake wire, the one that plugs into the tube connecting..i think? Well i'm just wondering what is causing the misfire? Could it be that my O2 is not working at all?? Will that cause just Cylinder 2 to misfire? Thanks guys! I cant drive the car like this...

What codes did you throw? Just P0302 or bank 2 02 code along with an 02 code? Or maybe P1416?

P0302 was thrown, then i only was told that the next code was the bank 2 O2 code? the last one was the clip that plugs into by the MAF, im pretty sure. I'm just confused about this terrible misfire, the car shakes like crazy, and goes no where, when you get on the gas.
