Default storing car for deployment??

Its my time to turn and burn in the gulf and was wondering if there is anything I should do to my car? It will be in the garage for 5 months? Any comments would be appreciated.

Orange Park? I used to live there back when I was stationed at Cecil Field.

ya def wash the car all over and get a good car cover to prevent the paint from spider webbing, and also jab a towel or something into your exaust so nothing can get up in there, or you could rent a storage building and just park your car in there just for safetys sake and so you wont worry bout it while your off. but that is bout all i can think of right now.

it's better if you can find someone you know to take care of your car for you when your gone but if you can't, do all of the above, especially unhook the battery-thats something i forgot to do an had to end up getting a new one. Clean it up an make sure you dont have any food or anything in there to attract critters, good idea about the towel in the tail-pipe, just make sure you remember to take that out when you start it up again haha

I dunno if it's any help but take all your rims off and put on some shitty ones so they dont get flat spots on your good ones. Also put something in your car to absorb the moisture and ****.
