does anyone know the part number for the check valves in the AIR system? 2001 trans am

I think 22048212 is for 98-99, 00-02 is 12565503. Don't know what the difference is, both PN's appear to be valid but the prices are different. Mine was 12565503.

does anyone know if this valve will work? went to autozone and napa, and they didnt have any, also seemed like they had no clue what i was talking about

Looks like it will, but NAPA should have it - that's where I got mine. Bring the pic with you and ask for a secondary air check valve, same PN for either side. They couldn't cross reference the GM part number? Hate to see you have to pay shipping on something available locally.

i got a pair of those thru a friend at a chevy dealership. 20 per valve.

funny things is when i went to change them. there are EXTREMELY hard to remove. and when i finally go them off. i couldnt find the ones i just bought.
