All Passenger side lights out (fog, turn signal, ect)

All Passenger side lights out (fog, turn signal, ect) I searched around but couldn't find a good word to explain this issue.
All of my passenger side exterior lights are out. The fog light is out, the turn signal wont blink (it just stays on), and the taillight is out (i think), as well as the side marker lamps on the fenders. I believe this happened after I overloaded in inverter with too many electronics and it beeped while the lights cut off for a split second. Everything on the right hand side works.
I doubt all of the bulbs would have gone out at the exact same time. Is this a fuse or relay issue? Thanks for the help...
