U-Joints
I need to change my u-joints and i called the dealer and they are $160.00 a piece, this seems a bit high to me, has anyone else had to change theirs? NAPA has them for $20.00 a piece has anyone used them? Just Curious cause if i can use the cheaper ones and there just as good then i will use them. Thanks for any advice and help!

I believe Napa's U joints are the lower end Precision joint, but don't quote me on this. You need to get a joint that is coated to resist galvanic corrosion that happens between two dissimilar metals.....especially seeing you are in Canada where salt will speed this process up. I recommend a good coated Neapco or Spicer joint. You are looking for a 3R or S44 u joint that is specifically coated for aluminum drive shafts. I used to have the parts numbers, but don't know if I still do. Let me know if you want them and I could try to see if I kept all that info.
