Default PCV "Jacket"

I've done the search but I couldn't find anything about the hose or tubing that encompasses the PCV valve itself. Does anyone know the part # of said hose/covering? Mine is split so I need to get another one.

You'll likely need to get this item from the dealer.

I know.

kaos_, if the PCV is all caked up then swap it out, if you're talking about the outer cover of the valve itself then it's probably torn or degraded like mine.
