I found 3 needle bearings stuck to my drain plug?

I found 3 needle bearings stuck to my drain plug? Hey I went to change the oil in the LS1 I pulled from a wrecked car and when I drained the oil I found 3 tiny needle bearings attached to it.
I dropped the oil pan and removed the sump tray and everythng looked fine and didnt find any thing else. I even wiped the pan clean and it look ok.
Has this happened to anybody else before and what is it from, and what should I do about it.
Please help any and all info welcome.

What they said. Happened to me before. Started to hear a rattle that wasn't constant with the motor. Sure enough found a TON of them in my oil pan. Put a new set of rockers on and never looked back...
