Default no cats and cut out

has any one ever had any issues by having no cats and adding a cut out?? i have a 98 z28 and its running a bit funny I've re-placed the fuel pump twice on it dnt knw if the back pressure has anythng to do wit it. my oil pressure runs quite low whn gets hot outside. any suggstions???

Never had any issues. What weight oil are you using? The exhaust has nothing to do with the fuel pump and oil pressure. How many miles on the car?

yea I'm having no problems at all with gutted cats and open cutout...

no problems here, I've been running no cats and a cut out for 3 years now. What oil are you running?

i was running mobil 1 10w-20 but now i am running Mobil 1 10W-30. I am about to hit 140,000 miles.

M1 tends to run on the thin side. Might want consider M1 0w-40.
