Exclamation Seafoam

This is a seafoam poll designed to find people's problems after using the product.

The poll is simple. If you have used seafoam and have had no negative effects after usage click positive results.

IF YOU HAVE POSITIVE RESULTS DO NOT POST A RESPONSE IN THE THREAD!!!!! Simply click positive on the poll. Reason being is there are a ton of people who have used this product and had nothing but positive results...there is no need to turn this into another un readable 29 page thread.

If you have had any negative side effects...fouled 02's, clogged cat, so on and so forth please click negative side effects and POST in the thread listing what occured, what mileage you were at etc.

Thanks

I used seafoam and it fouled out my plugs. Started getting really bad misfireing after i seafoamed. It was't really a big deal since the car had 65k on it and they needed to get changed anyways.

I did my car last weekend. Used a measuring cup to pour the right amount (5 ounces)in through the tb to valve cover hose while it was running. Let it sit for ten minutes, started it up and it ran like crap, gave it some throttle and it made a real bad snap sound. I'm guessing a lot had pooled in the intake and too much sucked into one cylinder.
It seems to run ok, but it's not a good feeling hearing that noise.
It's got 38,140 miles.
After that I test ran it, then poured some more in the tb but never shut it off.

You should have made a no negative or positive results option. Mine made a puff of smoke when I got on it and that was about it. I'm sure the engine and everything is a little cleaner but I wasn't impressed.

For you guys fouling out plugs with it, are you just letting it idle in the driveway after you start it up after sucking it down? I dont see why I see all these people doing that. Go drive the **** outta the car immediately after you start it back up.
