Front Light issues Alright, When my car is on and head lights are off both my front turn signals are lit up blinkers work, as soon as i turn head lights on driver side front turn signal shuts off but passanger one stays on (blinkers still work) just the solid yellow light stays out on driver side

the only time the yellow light driver side is out is when the head lights are on and when i unluck the car with the controler the passenger one blinks driver does not when headlights are on driver yellow is out passenger is on

You might want to try pulling the socket out and cleaning it good. It's possible you got some moisture in there causing some corrosion.

did you test the bulb and socket with a multimeter. Could be a bad connection in the socket or a bad bulb, even if new. Check the lens housing and socket for cracks that could let in water. Use bulb grease to help keep water out of the socket.
I have replaced both len housings and bulbs many times. Recently have had to mess with the sockets and scrap them out to get them working. The heat will eventualy start to crack the plastic stuff.
The less bright stage of the bulb is where you are having a problem. This stage is not used for DRLs, turn signals and hazards, only for front markers when headlights are on.
