Shock problem?

Shock problem? I've noticed that the pass. rear side of my car has been sitting about 2/3rds lower than the drivers side lately. What could be causing this?
I 'measure' by comparing the distance between the rear quarter panel and the tire on both sides. Is it just a worn out shock?

Don't know what it is, need to get under there with the suspension loaded and see what's going on, 4-6 inches is quite a lot. Check all the mounting brackets for the LCA, upper and lower PHB, springs, shocks, etc.
Couple things here:
-Springs determine ride height, not shocks. All shocks to is provide damping. If your passenger side rear is lower, you may have a spring sagging or possibly out of position in the cup.
-I think 4-6" is a bit of an over-estimation....don't you?
You've only got ~3" tops between the tire & fender on a stock height car.

Alright, sounds like I over estimated, I must have been drunk. 
I suppose another way to look at it is the pass. side is 2/3 lower than the driver side. I'll get under it tomorrow and take a look.
