Guys that live in SoCal that have long tubes in your cars, when it comes time for the smog check how do you guys do it???

Just ask the camaro's in your area, they'll tell you where its at....

bump. the explanation to the pandoras box is that you dont have to remove your tubes or reinstall your stock parts to make it pass.

 

and what if they do a visual and you dont have cats,egr,air. etc

 

Just find someone that will pass you

 

i have another 18 months left on mine so im not stressing it right now

Drive to New York and get a mailbox at MailBoxes, etc.

Then register your car in NY and ask the folks to forward all your mail to SoCa.

NY got rid of the dreaded sniffer a few years back - we now have an electronic PCM test only. No codes, no problem.
