Guys that live in SoCal that have long tubes in your cars, when it comes time for the smog check how do you guys do it???

bump. the explanation to the pandoras box is that you dont have to remove your tubes or reinstall your stock parts to make it pass.

I know I dont live in AZ but do you guys to go to 3rd party places???

Or the actual MVD??

Im going in monday morning and Im not fretting it but I wanna be sure so i dont have only 3 dayhs to drive..

How do you guys do this??

Drive to New York and get a mailbox at MailBoxes, etc.

Then register your car in NY and ask the folks to forward all your mail to SoCa.

NY got rid of the dreaded sniffer a few years back - we now have an electronic PCM test only. No codes, no problem.
