Low coolant light stays on...

Low coolant light stays on... My low coolant light stays on and i checked the radiator ... and everything that has to do with coolant is full. i dont know what the deal is. it didnt start doing it till it got cold outside

Could just be the sensor, they go bad all the time. My car doesn't have one, think GM took them off our cars starting with the 00 model, some people just disconnect it to keep the light off.

Ended up being Oil in the Coolant gunking up the sensor in mine. Porus Lifter bores was the cause... GM picked up the tab for a new block in the end but a pain in the *** to say the least.
