Default Types of Coolant Service--Flush, Drain & Fill, Exchange???

So I recently bought my '02 and obviously the 5 years are up on the coolant. I want to take it in for service but don't know what kind of service I should be looking for. My current fluid is free of any brown nastiness. Some places say they will "drain and refill" the radiator, others say they will "flush" the system, others say they use a fluid exchange machine. My question is--which one should I be looking for? For example, will a "drain and refill" leave a bunch of old coolant in my system (like when you just drop the pan for a tranny fluid change)?

(And no, doing it myself is not an option. It's 35° here and I have no ramps or jack stands.)

A Drain and Fill is the worst...

If you can find someone to hook you up to the machine it actually flushes out all the old and replaces it with new. I am always learly about these services because you can never prove they did it, but I know the full flush is awsome
