Default Window Works But Wont Go All The Way Down

well both of my windows roll up and down just fine. but on my driver side window when it rolls all the way down it sticks up about a half inch. ive taken the door panel off and looked in there. i found i big rubber piece and a plastic looking wheel. so i took those out. and still it does not go all the way down. and suggestions on what this could be. thanks. Dan.

How many miles on the car?? Sounds like window motor time. Hint.. don't buy the cheap one from Ebay.

The rubber piece is important and your window rests on it when its all the way down, so that should go back in. It should have a key molded in to it, which slides in to a slot cut on the bottom of the door, towards the front. You can access its intended location by removing the door speaker.

Can you send a picture of the roller? That could be a problem. There are three built in to the regulator and one attached to the rear of the window glass.
