Overheating
Ok so Every time i drive my car it gets to 210 if not a little higher. I'm not hitting it hard or anything either. If i sit in traffic if obviously gets pretty hot but even driving around town stopping at red lights it gets halfway up. I'm not 100% positive but i think i have a 180 thermo. If i turn my key onto accessories and then turn it off you can hear fans start up and then stop but when my car is turned on i don't hear any fans. What should i do? Get a manual switch or could it be something else?

these cars run hot from the factory. unless the needle goes past the 3/4 mark (240ish), dont worry about it. do make sure that your air dam is still under the front bumper, if it somehow got knocked off then that could cause the car to run hot.
if it really bugs you, you could drain and refill the coolant and make sure you are using the proper 50/50 mix. the coolant doesnt last forever anyways.

a bad tstat isnt going to cause the car to run warm. if it's stuck closed the car will overheat. if it's stuck open, the car will take forever to warm up, if at all.
unless my water pump is spewing coolant it doesnt get changed.

not true. i had a similar problem. when i started noticing it getting warmer than usual it was past the 210 mark unusually quickly and it stayed there couple days later it hit the 3/4 mark when i drove for 5 minutes and stayed there so i didnt take any chances took it in got a new thermo and housing. problem solved

Also whenever it does get to 210; I'm not sure if this is normal, I'm rather new to this whole thing; but the overflow holder starts to boil water out all over the driveway.

Maybe your fans arent set properly. If its boiling over its running a little too warm. Check everything like these guys have said, just dont run the car hot. You'll regret it. Im not an LT1 guy so I dont know the specifics, check in the LT1/LT4 section. Im sure someone in there can point you in a more accurate course to troubleshoot this.
