Default how long did your original window motors last?

All these window motor threads got me thinking how lucky I am. (knock on wood) my car has 146xxx miles with the original motors. they outlasted the engine tranny and rear. what about everyone else. should these be put in a museum ?

121,XXX miles the other day i was having a hard time getting the window up, i figured the window motor finally took a dump. Luckily, it fixed itself and haven't had a problem since. Rear end is also stock, tranny took a dump at 80 thousand and change but i'd blame that more on my driving habits. Motor luckily is still very strong. I do have the security light on but im just going to bypass it as most have done here. Luckily my care is still in one piece and i plan to keep it that way or try anyways, lol.

I have 123k on my car and the passenger side window is a little slow. I plan on ordering an AutoTrix kit for it sometime soon to hopefully save it from death.

I haven't had a motor last more than 30K. (on either side) I completely switched to an after market regulator and motor, figuring I couldn't be any worse off. With 10K on the after market setup, they perform better than when the car was new.

I'm planning on ordering an autotrix kit once the weather gets warmer. Put that in first, if that keeps the passenger window nice and healthy then cool, I'll keep my current spare motor as a spare.

Oh, I've read a lot of the info on it and was very happy the first time I saw it since one of my friends told me it was a bitch to change out the window motors on his old Camaro. I was sold after I watched the video. Right now the windows don't get a lot of work anyways with it being sub-freezing temps and I'd rather spend the money on stuff I can use now. But, I'll end up ordering your kit through WS6Store before it gets warm.

124xxx Replaced passenger twice it is slowing up again. I just open the door so there is not so much binding with the weatherstripping and it seams to work fine.
I sure don't want to go to manual windows, to much work for me. I do like the autotrix kit just don't have the money to fix now, I will wait until it stops moving

My driver window motor took a crap at about 67K. Passenger motor is starting to slow down, and I have 72K on the clock on my '99 Z28. My '94 has 82K and still running the original motors.
