power steering pulley removal

power steering pulley removal I need to take it off my LS1 and I know its on with an allen head. I need to keep the pulley from spinning to break loose the allen bolt. How does thing come off?
It isn't held in place with an allen bolt...it is a press fit. The bolt head is there so you can keep it from spinning, but in no way affects whether or not it stays on.

The correct pulley does not have jaws, it has a collar the goes around the lips and pulls it off as a push-bolt is turned. KD tools has a good one cheap....I just can't remember the part# right now. The stock ones are plastic w/a center moulded in that is steel. So if all else fails you may need to break the pulley so a 3-jaw can get on it. Replace it with this one so you can access the bolt w/out pulling the pulley in the future:
