HELP: Air Pump

HELP: Air Pump Whats the process of taking out the air pump? I know its behind the drivers headlight but is there any easy way to get it out of there??
take the bolts out of the bottom of the splash guard under the front bumper.... there are 3 10mm bolts to get it out.... then just have someone up top to feed the hoses through the bottom just did this the other day
I just did this a few days ago and it didn't take long at all. Go ahead and unhook everything from your exhaust. I just cut the provisions off and put a pennies in between the flanges which will work fine until I can afford headers. Just get it centered and bolted tight.
Jack the driver side front up a bit and you'll find a little trap door right under where the pump is located. There's like two bolts holding it closed, if I remember. It'll drop and you can clearly see the pump inside. It's really self explanatory once you get to looking at it. I just unbolted the pump where the little grommets are, then took the whole bracket out since the bolts were easier to get to. I'd never seen an air pump before and had it out in less than a half hour.

For what they cost, I'd rather just scrounge up some junk metal out of the garage and make a few. Really, the penny trick works pretty well and I wasn't planning on doing anything, but throwing away the old metal lines anyway.
