Power Windows

I need to change my passenger side power window motor... At least thats what I am hoping it is. Does anyone have any hints or tips to do this? Maybe even a good guide?

Did it work well or did you run into any additional issues? My main thing is getting everything lined up properly again. Also... I think it is my motor... when I press a button I hear it click and that is it.

There is not much to line up, when it's bolted in place it will be properly aligned.

Buy a new motor from advance auto part for $50 bucks and it has a lifetime warranty.

You might even find it's already been drilled/replaced before...offered to help a friend with his and that's what we found after taking the panel off.

I took the door panel off to make sure that it wasn't just unplugged since I just got the car. I saw that it is definately riveted in... I am going to go get the motor tomorrow and will keep you all posed on how it goes... I hope I don't f*ck something up. Wish me luck lol.

Thank you everyone for the help... power motor swap went VERY easy with the guide... although the guide is for the drivers doo so had to do it backwards LOL... Thank ya'll
