Storing car for 3 and 1/2 months. what do i need to do?

Storing car for 3 and 1/2 months. what do i need to do? I know to unhook the battery. I am changing the oil before I drop it off. (cant just drain the oil where i am storing it. long story) The only other thing i can think of is that the tires might go flat.
What else do i need to do/be careful of?
