help!how do i remove scratches in the window? do any of you know of a good low cost way to remove minor scraches from a car window?? it's stopping me from getting a tint

Depends. Can you feel the scratches with your nail? If they are deep enough to feel most likely you can't get them out. If you tint the windows you will see every single scratch in the glass, and it will look like crap. Your only choice may be to replace the glass.
I went through this before too. I would just replace the glass if they are deep.
