I've busted 8.5 with a 2.04 60'. I just got my lca relocation brackets and they should help in the 1-2shift department... When I put them on I expect to be able to shift as fast as I want and get that time down a little bit! Its going to be a little while before I get back out to the track though since I'm busy saving cash to move.

for sure, the 2.73s are hurting you... pretty bad, I'd say. Check on getting some 3.73s + Long tubes and a tune Heck go all out on the bolt ons like I did!

You all did alot better than I did 2 weeks ago went I went to the track for the first time. My R/T was 2.12, my 60ft was 2.43, and I ended up running a blazing fast 9.95 at a whopping 73.47 mph. Now I bet you feel better about how you ran huh?

Yeah, your not kidding man. I had such bad wheelhop the very first run. All I could think about was "Man, I hope I don't grenade my 10-bolt my first time ever ".
Thats why my R/T was so horrible, I had $$$ signs flashing before my eyes in case I screwed up!
