Mti carbon fiber lid

Has anyone had to drill a hole for the IAT sensor on this lid ? My lid has no provisions for the sensor.

Any special instructions before I start ?

Maybe put some tape over the lid and drill through the tape to make your hole, should make for a cleaner hole.

I would probally let the drill do most of the work.I wouldn't lean on the the drill to much might break or crack the lid.
