enyone ever had a problem with the valve not opening and closing after about an hour...it's like it locks up or something...i am about positive i wired everything right, and the switch still works right too.....but it won't close back, when i trun the car off(leaving the key in the on position), get under the car, and flip the switch back and forth, i can here the motor trying to move the valve it sounds like, but it doesnt move....what is goin on here???

The screws that keep the motor drive gear insync with the valve drive probably came loose so now when the motor gear spins it is not in proximity to the gear on the valve, thus it doesn't move.
QTP will fix it right up for you. Call up Barry and he'll get you squared away

If that's the case the power you tapped into is switched 12+ Volt source. That's the ONLY reason to explain that. If you were to hook the power lead into an all time power source it'd operate with the car on or off.

the carappy thing is that i already sent the cutout back once before for about the same problem, they were awesome customer service, and took it back, seemed to work better and last longer....but its still up to the same ole tricks......

before, it'd go out in like 5 min......

now it went out after having no problems out of it for like 5 days...WOO HOO....
