I picked up 11hp/11tq over my Hooker catback.

Obviously gains will vary between exhaust systems, dynos used & Motor Setups.

that is what i had speed do with mine...

i would say anywhere from 6-8hp gain...

i would guess 8-12 hp also. my car actually picks up 10 rwtq with the cutout open but that is also on a 408 and as stated setups vary and so does gains. it should be worth trying.the afr will probably change very little,probably not worth having to retune but that is just my opinion.

i did have a slp loudmouth II cat back, mabde 388 on the dyno. then i sold it and got a dmh cut out, and a moroso sprial flow muffler, then i used stock exhaust pipe to dump it it the top of the axle. i gained 30rwhp with the cut out open, but it was still down 10 compared to the lm II

well the cams i have heard before and after have dramatically changed an exhaust's sound. i could imagine a cut-out with a cam not sounding much different then a top fuel dragster only slightly tamer.

heres my old thread of the DMH's

I gained 6hp 8tq open.
PS headers, PS ORY, DMH duals, i have CME after
the open cutouts with my cam, sounds like i am asking for it.
closed cutouts pretty quiet.
