Default DMH performance tough to get a hold of?

I ordered a cutout 2 weeks ago from DMH performances website, never heard anything from them in a week so I emailed them last week with no response. I called them this morning and left a message to call me back, and haven't heard from them yet. Anyone else have issues contacting them, or ordering from their website? It sounds like their cutouts are some of the best around. I just wish I could get it before I have to put my car away for the winter.

Thanks, Jeff

That doesn't sounds good. I was thinking about getting a DMH cutout soley because of their 4 year full replacement warranty but if they're that hard to get in touch with IDK. If QTP had some kind of warranty like DMH's they would OWN the e-cutout market.

Many sponsors carry DMH . BTW, I believe it's only one guy running this outta his shop. I ordered one online over the summer, and he was just really backed up with orders. I think it took 3 weeks to get (I think 2 1/2). He also mentioned a problem with his website and payments not going through. Took me a few days to get through by phone...it was always busy.

what, how did you find out their headers are made in china? I have QTP LTs. bought them 6/2006.... But yes i do not like QTP e-cutouts.

Here is a question. I know that Tick Performance carries DMH e-cutouts, but does Tick still provide the same 4 yr warranty that DMH has when purchased thru them?

Yes the warranty is still honored if you purchase through a sponsor, I would contact Joey@Tickperformance for details.
