Sounds like your porter either went passed the blade a tad too far, or if the blade is "knife edged" that can do it as well due to material being taken off the blade.

The blade is untouched. And I tried loosening up on the tps a little bit to see if that helped so we'll see I'm gonna go drive it now.

It could be because of the bumpstop shaved down too far. If you go past 90 it will throw a code. Just a guess

That won't cause an idle issue. That will throw a TPS voltage code @ WOT.

That's not gonna do it brother. Sounds like they ported too far past the blade which isn't repairable.

The good news is however you can sell that TB to somebody with a heads/cam car and/or bigger motor and it'll be fine. Get yourself another stocker and get it redone.

You could try plugging the hole in the blade with a tiny nut & bolt. This worked for a friend when his was ported too much.

I'd be very careful though, whatever you put on there needs to be on there very securely. You don't want a screw or putty or something going into your engine.

Also, make sure everything is installed correctly, when I first put mine on it did the same thing because of a vacuum leak because i didn't have the throttle body tightened down enough.

What did it end up being? I also have this issue and HPTuners if that helped with your fix

My problem comes after a swap to heads/cam, fast 90/90 with a TPIS TB
