Believe me, I tried that route and lets just say i got ripped off . The 90 degree bends were so close the valence it started to melt. I bought the SLP mandrel bent pipes, I hope they can fix the problem since the previous job was completely custom.

Then you didn't cut down far enough on the pipes coming from the muffler...

I have the "original" version on my Z-28, that I put on back in 2002.

They are CRAP. Hang too low, welds leak, and there is surface rust breaking through the coating. Car has only 9K on it, and mostly garaged. They were overpriced, too, for 409 stainless.

Have American Racing on my 'Vette, and love them.

Can you post some pics of the whole system before install? I'd love to see some pics of the whole system right out of the box before they're installed on the car. The old headers don't have a good reputation but these headers look really nice. I'd definitely consider them if I didn't already have headers.

Buddy of mine has these, and they are really nice! Awesome quality and sound with the LM2. He has better ground clearance than I do with pacesetters
