Difference between the 2000 WS6 and the 01-02's?

Difference between the 2000 WS6 and the 01-02's?

I hear there are some differences in the stock engine bolt on's but not sure what.
What can I do to this 2000 WS6 that made a better difference in 01-02 for increased horse power?

'01-'02 recieved the LS6 intake manifold, and supposedly better flowing exhaust manifolds.

2000's where the first year with the improved exhaust manifolds. 01-02 cars have the LS6 intake and also have no EGR. Since they have no EGR they also have a different cam, it's a lower lift but more duration I believe.

1998 - 2000 202 / 210 @ .050" Duration .496" / .496" Lift 116 LSA
2001 - 2002 198 / 197 @ .050" Duration .478" / .478" Lift 115 LSA
