correct. extensive tuning required for an aftermarket maf. If the maf isnt the issue then the ported TB has to much metal removed around the blade area.

Well, the seller said shanev8 port it and he had no problem with it. He had a camm'ed car and mine is stock that could be different story. I just don't get it why the stock tune can't handle the IAC and idle speed even I adjusted the TPS. I'll post up on HPT forum for this.

When I adjust the set screw, the blade was closed shut and still jumping the idle rpm. I don't know if the hole on the blade drilled too big.

take the TB and hold it up into the light.. can you see any place where the light is shing through when the tb is closed?

No light at all. I'll try to take some pics tomorrow after I finish the long cruise. The porting actually is good, shine like a mirror also was knife edged on the outside. The butterfly plate was untouch but I can tell the hole on the plate was bigger than stock.
